The model

What is a DISC assessment?

A DISC assessment is a behavioral profile measuring how you communicate, make decisions, and respond to pressure across four dimensions: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. It describes behavioral style, not intelligence or values, which makes it ideal for workplace communication, teams, and role fit.

Disc wheel new

Two axes place every style. The vertical axis runs from proactive to reactive pace ; the horizontal axis runs from task focus to people focus. Where you land is your blend. Most people lead with one style and lean on a second.

The Four DISC styles

D

Dominance

Direct, results focused, assertive, strong-willed, loves challenges.

I

Influence

Outgoing, enthusiastic, optimistic, persuasive, loves people.

S

Steadiness

Calm, patient, supportive, loyal, reliable, diplomatic, and values stability.

C

Conscientiousness

Analytical, detail-oriented, organized, accurate, values quality.

How It Works

Get your DISC results in 4 simple steps

Our online DISC assessment is easy to complete and gives you practical insight you can use right away. No waiting, and there’s no paywall to see it.

1

Rank the words

Start by completing the online DISC assessment. You will respond to a series of questions designed to explore your communication preferences, work style, and natural behavioral tendencies.

Answer honestly based on how you typically behave, not how you think you “should” answer.

2

We score four styles

After you complete the assessment, your responses are scored across the four DISC dimensions: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness.

These scores are used to identify your DISC style and help explain how your communication preferences may show up at work and in everyday interactions.

3

See your blend

Once your assessment is complete, you receive your free DISC result. Your result gives you a practical starting point for understanding your style, including how you may prefer to communicate, collaborate, make decisions, and respond to different work situations.

You can use this result to better understand yourself and how you interact with others.

4

Go deeper, if you want

After reviewing your free result, you can start applying the insight right away in your communication, feedback conversations, meetings, and team interactions.

If you want a deeper breakdown, you can choose the optional Premium DISC Report for more detailed guidance on your strengths, blind spots, motivators, communication style, and practical development recommendations.
